Pasco County Solid Waste System

R3 currently processes all woods and green waste received by the Pasco County Solid Waste System at its West Pasco facility in Spring Hill, Florida, under a multi-year contract. These materials are processed into marketable mulch utilizing a Morbark 7600 horizontal grinder. R3 screens all material to remove contaminants which could negatively impact the quality of the finished product.
